Calliope: Voice of the Writers
About Calliope
-----------------------------------------------------
Calliope: Voice of the Writers is an international online writers' magazine.
(Click here for information about Calliope's Editors.)
Calliope is unique in its commitment to providing an open discussion forum for all submitted pieces and ongoing forums (Wiki-lliope) for collaborative poetry, fiction, and non-fiction, as well as in its international status -- the Calliope editorial staff consists of members from both America and the United Kingdom.
Calliope accepts submissions of fiction, poetry, and non-fiction from writers of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. Calliope also offers a "Budding Writers" section to encourage submissions from writers age 16 and under, providing a low-pressure environment where these young writers can be read and receive feedback from readers separate from the general content of the magazine.
We are accepting ongoing submissions. If you would like to submit fiction, poetry, or non-fiction entries, please see our Submission Guidelines, FAQs, Publication Schedule, or Call for Submissions.
All of the content and submissions for Calliope are managed by our team of Editors:

Our name comes from the ancient Greek character Calliope, who was a muse of epic poetry, and means “beautiful voice”. Let her (and Calliope!) be a muse to inspire and encourage.
